Granulotec by Produits Dentaires SA is a eugenol-free, bactericidal, non-resorbable and radiopaque root canal obturation material supplied as powder and liquid. It is designed for permanent obturation after pulpectomy and root canal treatment, particularly in infected canals and cases associated with granuloma.
The powder and liquid are mixed to form an obturation paste for placement inside the prepared and dried root canal. The product is also indicated for permanent obturation of non-infected root canals.
