DentHub aims to provide high-quality dental supplies. Due to the nature of medical/dental products, returns are handled with strict quality and hygiene considerations.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return request is made within 3–5 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sterile items once packaging is opened
- Consumables, chemicals, composites, cements, impression materials (due to storage sensitivity)
- Items with temperature or light-sensitive properties
- Special-order or customized items
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
2.2 Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will:
- Approve or reject your refund request
- If approved, refund will be issued within 7–14 business days through the original payment method
2.3 Exchanges
We may offer a replacement for:
- Incorrect products sent
- Damaged products received
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
2.4 Return Shipping
- For valid claims (defective/incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For any other reason, customer bears return shipping.
